Iraq Moratorium #9 in San Mateo and Palo Alto
Members of the Raging Grannies Action League do an action for peace every third Friday of the month, and on many other days of the month as well! Saturday May 10 found us marking Mother’s Day Eve with a performance in San Mateo on stage with MC Shahid Buttar. Friday May 16 (third Friday) we serenaded patrons at Cafe Sophia in Palo Alto. Patrons came for the cuisine of Afghanistan and stayed for the entertainment!
