LEGAL UPDATE December 11 from the Free Juan Ruiz blog - Good news from the court hearing today in San Diego. The government has dropped all felony charges against Juan Ruiz, the musician who is seen in the videos dancing before he is violently thrown to the ground and beaten by several Border Patrol agents. Instead, they are charging him with a class C misdemeanor of impeding a federal officer. Juan pleaded "not guilty" to this charge...It is likely that the support shown to Juan by folks who signed the petition and wrote letters, etc, was instrumental in helping the prosecution to see Juan as the good kid that he is... LEGAL UPDATE 13 Nov 2007 - 5:46 pm: Erik Wackernagel and Steve Murphy have been released! Juan Ruiz, the musician who is seen in the videos dancing before he is violently thrown to the ground and beaten by several Border Patrol agents, was arraigned today and charged with felony assault of a federal officer. The judge has not decided on the terms of his release yet and Juan will appear before the judge again tomorrow.

15 Nov 2007 - 2:30pm: The arraignment of Juan Ruiz was concluded this afternoon before Magistrate Lewis in El Centro. Bail has been set as a $10,000 assurity with a signature of a doctor friend of Juan's in Wisconsin, as requested by his public defender, Diane Raegan. Referring to video footage of the incident, she said, "It doens't look like an intentional assault on anybody - except Mr. Ruiz." The prosecutor, John Weis, attempted to enter some last-minute evidence to keep the bail higher and require more signatures which the judge took into consideration. The judge also addressed the No Borders Camp folks present in the courtroom, saying that they should not allow a person this vulnerable (Juan is a permanent legal resident) to have contact with authority - especially authority directly related to immigration. The judge told Juan that he didn't want to see him be deported. At the end, the judge turned to Juan and said, "Good luck to you."An indictment will be handed down in two weeks in El Centro to determine whether or not the U.S. Government will actually prosecute Juan.

14 Nov 2007 - 11:00am: Due to a court mix-up, Juan Ruiz's appearance before Judge Lewis has been rescheduled to 1:30 pm on Thursday, November 15. Erik and Steve were able to rest in Calexico last night and begin healing from their injuries.

13 Nov 2007 - 5:20 pm: Erik Wackernagel and Steve Murphy have been released! Juan Ruiz was arraigned today and charged with felony assault of a federal officer. The judge has not decided on the terms of his release yet and Juan will appear before the judge again tomorrow.

12 Nov 2007 - 8:42 pm: If you would like to donate to the legal fund, use the PayPal link provided on this page and make sure to specify that you want your donation to go toward legal costs. We expect that Steve, Erik and Juan will be appointed public defenders and will appear before a federal magistrate judge in the afternoon. We will post an update as soon as we have specific information regarding charges and conditions of release.

12 Nov 2007 - 4:47 pm: The three arrestees are being held in the Imperial County Jail in El Centro, California. According to the records office, they have tentative charges of impeding a federal officer. Their arraignment is expected tomorrow afternoon. Several phone calls and a jail visit were made with two of the arrestees, Steve Murphy and Erik Wackernagel. Juan Ruiz is a US permanent resident and faces possible deportation related to these charges. Two arrestees have requested and been refused medical attention. Call the warden at Imperial County Jail at 760.339.6367 to pressure them to provide Steve and Erik with vegan/vegetarian food, immediate medical attention for the arrestees, and to allow visitors for all three arrestees.

12 Nov 2007 - 8:17am: Phone contact was made with the three brutalized No Borders Camp prisoners early this morning from jail in El Centro. Much information came to light, including the fact that they were refused medical treatment after repeated requests...this being contrary to what was told to the Legal Support Team by Border Patrol agents at Border Patrol station at around 11pm, who said "They (the prisoners) have refused further medical treatment." However, one of the prisoners may have immigration status hurdles to overcome. The charges might likely be assault against a federal agent.

11 Nov 2007 - 11pm: Jail support team went to border patrol station: 1) FBI is interviewing 3 people. 2) FBI refuses to give the names, thus preventing friends/family from getting them their personal attorneys despite repeated requests from legal team. 3) The individuals were examined by an EMT and BP says they have refused further treatment though video footage and eyewitness accounts confirm beatings by approximately 10 BP agents at one time. 4) They will be moved to central jail after the interview and will not be arraigned until Tuesday due to Federal Holiday on Monday.

11 Nov 2007 - 9pm
At the end of a bi-national march from the site of the No Borders Camp and rally at the Mexicali/Calexico port of entry, around 100 Border Patrol officers and attacked a group of about 30 demonstrators on the u.s. side and with pepper gas pellets, tazers, and batons. 2-3 people were severely beaten and more suffered from the use of chamical weapons. At the moment 3 people are confirmed to be detained. When people dispersed the border patrol chased some people on foot and detained groups of people, forcing them to sit on the sidewalk with their hands on their heads until letting them go five at a time. In one case, a person badly injured by pepper pellets shot at close range was pursued away from the conflict, pulled away from a companion wanting to treat his wounds, surrounded and beaten in the head with batons by up to 15 border patrol agents. All who were temporarily detained on the street have now been released. Two people have been taken into a border patrol vehicle. The two people who have been detained are in urgent need of medical attention. It is reported that many Border Patrol officers are in the parking lot where people's cars were parked. Further information forthcoming...

The notion of Erik

The notion of Erik Wackernagle committing a "felony assault of a federal officer" is absolutely absurd and entirely out of character. Border Patrol is one thing, think of it what you will, but beating down peaceful people and charging them for something they are incapable of doing is the real crime at hand.

Tell the truth

Why can't you people tell the truth? The only blessing is that most of America sees through you crap and knows that every word on you website is far left lies.

GOD bless the Border Patrol

I know you hippies hate seeing the word GOD because it stands for everything your against.

IN RESPONSE TO STOP THE HATE

In response to your post, let me take a few moments to give you some insight into the character of a Border Patrol Agent and the consistently thankless job they perform.

I truly appreciate taking a stand for what one believes in. Border Patrol Agents devote much of their lives to something they believe in. They sacrifice more than most will ever know, while America is asleep, stopping dangerous things and dangerous people from crossing the sovereign borders of the United States. I assure you, the federal government pay does not match the sacrifice. This sacrifice does not stop at the agent, it extends to their families.

I will agree that many migrants are only trying to make a better life for themselves and their families, and I might do the same if in their shoes. However, if I chose to do so, I would realize that I was breaking the law and if caught, I would be prepared to face the consequences. I do not believe I would endanger my immediate family in making my journey; I am guessing I would leave them at home.
It should be noted that many entering the United States are not trying to better themselves. They use the border as sanctuary to dodge legal authorities on both sides of the border. These are dangerous individuals to include; murderers, rapists, narcotics' smugglers, etc. that prey upon the migrants from their own country.

The illegal economic migrant should understand that when he or she chooses to make an illegal entry, they are indeed breaking the law, and are placing themselves in the direct flow of these "criminals-in-the-mix." They also place themselves at odds with the United States legal system and the enforcement branch of Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Border Patrol.

The illegal economic migrant makes an alliance with criminals to further his or her illegal entry and actively avoids the Border Patrol unless things go wrong. When they are in trouble, because they recognize who the good guys really are, they actively seek Border Patrol agents for assistance.

In reference to the environment, you should take a look at the before and after pictures of some of the historically high border traffic areas. In areas where traffic was reduced using agents, technology and, yes, a fence, ecosystems have been restored. Ecosystems do continue to be destroyed, not by a fence, but by the footprints of illegal migrants treading on them and the trash they leave behind.

Concerning compassion, I can not count the number of times I have handed my sack lunch to the family in the back of my sedan, knowing I would not have access to food for many hours. I did this because I knew that no matter how hungry I was, they were hungrier. I have seen the pre-cursor to the John Doe sites, actual bodies in the desert and I would not wish that fate upon my worst enemy. There is not a single Border Patrol Agent that believes the penalty for illegally entering the United States should be corporal in nature.

Although I applaud your initiative and overwhelming commitment, I think it is slightly misdirected. In today's environment, symbolism aside, we must be able to identify every single person entering the United States and their purpose for doing so. Have no doubt, there are people who wish to harm U.S. citizens and drastically alter our American way of life.

Instead of focusing efforts on eliminating the fence, which by the way is only a small portion of the overall strategy to secure our borders, I would encourage you to contact your congressmen/women to support and encourage immigration reform.

There must be a more proficient and effective manner to apply for and receive documentation to work in the United States legally. I stress legally, because once you have chosen to bypass our laws and illegally enter the U.S., you SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED AMNESTY. The new reform should only include verifiable, law-abiding persons in need of and eligible for productive employment in the United States. With the aging baby-boomer generation we will need more workers than we are currently producing within the confines of the United States.
As far as the actual "No Border Camp" event, I know of no other agency that can dispatch that number of officers to such a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment and resolve it in such a methodical and efficient manner. The on-scene agents could not have predicted that day's events. To the untrained eye, the video is compelling, but potential riot situations are anything but predictable. When the protestor made physical contact with the agent, he crossed the line. The situation escalated and then immediately de-escalated; not a small feat in such a situation.

There seems to be no doubt in my mind that the "No Borders Campers" have their heart in the right place. I only question the agenda and tactics.

God Bless America

Please read.

Open letter......

First, to the individual who wrote that our soldiers are fighting so that you can protest. NOPE! Ask one. I bet he or she will say they fight to protect America and National Security. That is their mission. The fact that you get to protest is merely a product of our country giving us the freedom of speech. Ironically, you may be shocked to know that the Border Patrol is also to protect America and National Security.

Second, please do not act as though the Border Patrol has no respect for our military and what the military stands for, I think given the opportunity to research the Border Patrol, you will find that the men and women who are officers/agents for the Border Patrol that you are quick to criticize in these comments are vastly former military and have served their country well and continue to today in the Border Patrol. They are not the enemy. These are brave men and women that protect you. I assure you that on a regular basis they are saving the lives of Americans AND Mexicans by what they do no matter how hard it is for you to fathom. Try to think outside the box.

Third, I am somewhat confused on your take of an OPEN BORDER. I mean, what do you know of the illegal trade (human, drug, etc) that takes place across the Mexican and Canadian borders? What do you know about the felons that cross our borders? The child abusers, kidnappers, molesters? The drug smugglers, murderers, rapists? Do you have any idea at all about the human toll? I am assuming you are aware that over 800,000 people are trafficked across borders annually in the world (mostly women and children) and that opening the border would exponentially increase the human suffering and violence. I say this with no doubt in my mind. I am 100% sure an open border would be tragic on a human level.

Are you 100% sure of what you are asking for with open borders? I am not talking about the fatty you rolled and smoked and I really hope this is not what you are thinking. Don't be ridiculous. I am talking about the heroine and cocaine trade that leaves a wake of violent crime in it's path so great and brutal that it would leave you with the inescapable rotten smell of death while retching your guts out. It is vicious at best.

Fourth, I am more than mystified by the ramblings on about who qualifies as an American because all of our Ancestors came from abroad except the American Indians. I am only part American Indian but I assure you I am 100% American. Let me explain:

Our Ancestors, once established in this country, built a system of very elaborate laws, rules and regulations to protect our country to protect future generations (us). When they came......no laws about immigration. Now......laws! We are a nation built for, by and to protect Americans as established by our previous generations.

We do not seek to keep others out but we ask that they respect and follow our laws to immigrate. Those who choose to break the law and circumvent the system are committing crimes against our country and should be treated accordingly. Heck, we barely prosecute them but rather, give them a snack and send them home with the idea of lawful entry.

Those who choose to immigrate lawfully are welcomed to our country and often given citizenship by Naturalization and afforded all the rights of an American citizen by birth. This is a great country for that reason built and painted with a vast and beautiful array of races and religions.

Fifth, I saw a good deal mentioned about the people who died on the border the days of your protests. What I don't understand is how you blame the Border Patrol and take no responsibility yourselves. Did it occur to any of you that if you had not been occupying so many agents time..., they may have been saving those who were in need of their help? It may interest you to know that our country regularly saves the lives of men, women and children illegally trying to enter our country because they end up half dead lying out in the desert and our Border Patrol finds and saves their lives. They are deserted by coyotes, robbed and sometimes murdered by their own people who lay in wait in the desert.

Sixth, I wonder if you all understand that you are jeopardizing the lives of our Federal Agents publicly putting their faces all over the media. Like many of the other things which I suspect you don't fully understand, there are people who takes out contracts on the lives of our Federal Agents. This is a fact and sometimes it is quite random (not naming a specific agent but rather, any agent) in retaliation for a load of dope confiscated or something else. It is a fact that these contracts have been known to merely look for a "Federal Agent" and kill them. For example, not so many years ago, those people who you would have us open our borders to have actually taken out contracts requiring the abduction, repeated rape and then murder of "any" female Federal Agent. Some of our agents go to great lengths to protect their identities and thus protect their wives or husbands and their children. Nice of you to publish their pictures. Who should we blame if their families are murdered by a pissed off cartel because they recognize an agent from your videos and follow them home to terrorize and murder their family??? Believe me, you have no idea what harm you could bring despite your purposeful approach to claiming a humanitarian type cause.

Part of being a good protester is to understand the facts and realize that while some things sound good in practice, it is not for a greater good and I hope you learn the easy way that most people in uniform have an integrity that is rare with a passion that is equally as rare. Let's face it, had one of you Americans or even Mexicans protesting been kidnapped, raped or met some other dangerous situation on the border, you would have been asking them for help instead of insulting them. The irony??? They would have helped you. It is what they do.

To those who protested: I do not mean to in any way insult or be condescending to you. I seek to enlighten you to what I have to assume you do not understand. I can not believe that any intelligent and informed person would knowingly do some of the things you are doing here. While I know that some of you will continue on with this, maybe some of you will understand what I have said and realize there are plenty of ways you can make a difference without something like what happened on the Calexico/Mexicali border.

To all you men and women who protect our borders....I love you all!! Do not question your mission. Be proud and I thank you. You are an integral part of what makes this country great and I couldn't be more proud to be an American! KC

"beaten in the head with batons"

This probably should be on the message board, but at the moment it is very clogged with flaming and whatnot.

I am wondering if the person who was shot point-blank with the pepper pellets, pursued, and then beaten in the head by many police is okay. Does anyone know her/his condition?

Thanks, and much peace.

Wanna know something IRONIC?!?!?!

Both my hubby and I were born and raised in AZ. He is first generation born here, I am second generation born here. Both of our families came her LEGALLY... that's right... our nana's and tata's and mama's and papa's did it the RIGHT way!!!
My family (to include parents, siblings, cousins, in-laws and my hubby all work for Homeland Security in it's many areas)
My hubby's identity was stolen two years ago... guess by who??? Someone who came here ILEGALLY!!! Imagine that? A BP's identity has been stolen by someone he spends his days arresting. How IRONIC!!!
Oh wait... you all think that these persons are coming here only to work right?? Oh yeah, I forgot. Well let's see... they come here ilegally... now they have to get a job so they can send their $$ back to Mexico... so that means they need to steal someone's identity ... guess what? that's ANOTHER CRIME!!! hmmm... seems like they are breaking more than just one law with their entry here huh? I could go on and on, but why waste any more time? You folks think you know everything and anything that has to do with immigration... all the in's and out's... if that was true... you would be protesting in MEXICO to it's PRESIDENT and asking for THAT COUNTRY to make better living conditions for THEIR PEOPLE and THEIR FUTURE!!!
But instead, you're wasting OUR resources here in OUR COUNTRY by taking these Federal Agents away from their duty to protect and serve OUR COUNTRY. And wasting the LOCAL RESOURCES by not listening and not obeying the LOCAL LAW and now you're going to use another local resource of LOCAL PUBLIC DEFENDANT to help you because you're in trouble.... hmmm... something just doesn't look right.... if you and your folks are so against what OUR COUNTRY has to offer you.... why are you using it's resources to HELP YOU.... oh i know... because YOU'LL BLEED RED, WHITE AND BLUE WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR YOU!!!!

Thanks for posting those videos.... just another great way for me to be PROUD of all the men and women who serve to protect MY COUNTRY!!!

I'll stop now... I need to finish our letter of explanation for the IRS... yup that's right... we are still dealing with the issues caused by the illegal alien who stole my hubby's identity... the IRS is trying to collect on "additional wages" that have appeared on our taxes... yeah right, like my hubby needs to work at a construction site to help make ends meet. Give me a break!!!

Signed,
Proud American
Proud US Border Patrol Wife

Good lord

I wasn't there and it was very convenient that you could only see the Agents' reactions to what the crowd was doing and not the actions of the crowd itself behind the camera man.

Calm down. If a Federal Agent tells you to back up in a situation like that, you should back up. They are not coming into your home like jack-booted thugs and taking you to camps, so don't compare the two. If that Agent tells you to back up, it's for a reason and it's usually a safety reason. No Federal Agent wants to get in the middle of that crappy situation because they know what the demonstrators want. The demonstrators want a fight to look good on their cameras so they can be martyrs. That results in paperwork and problems for the Agents. Every one of those Agents knew they were being filmed and knew the trouble that would come down from the higher-ups who are worried about a future political career or their next raise. Every Agent knew that if it got ugly, the shit would hit the fan. They all knew that they could possibly get suspended or even lose their job. So if all that happened, I'm pretty sure they felt it necessary at the time.

And for my opinion on illegal immigration:

If they want to come here, enter LEGALLY and be inspected. 1 in 9 illegal aliens that are arrested by the Border Patrol have criminal records IN THE UNITED STATES already from the previous times that they were here illegally. I, for one, demand that all people entering this country be inspected for OUR safety. I'm tired of the liberal media pussy-footing around stories of murder, rape, narcotics and molestation by criminals who are in this country illegally. Most of the time the media never even mentions that they are illegal aliens. THEY ARE ALL NOT GOOD PEOPLE JUST HERE TO WORK.

Hundreds of millions of dollars are lost each year not only from free services given to the non-taxpayers (out of OUR pockets) but they also send the money they make home to Mexico and points south which keeps it from cycling back into our economy.

I'm not sure about you, but I would rather spend my tax dollars on American citizens that need our help. Do you know someone serving overseas?? What if they are injured or killed? Wouldn't you rather see your tax dollars go to them and their families? Work programs for those under the poverty line, abuse shelters, substance abuse rehabilitation, ect, ect.

Why is it OUR responsibility to take care of Mexico's poor, criminal, and poor criminals?? Do you have any idea how Mexico treats those entering their county illegally??

Direct your righteous indignation towards Mexico and points south at how they treat their citizens, not at the US goverment and their Federal Agents for how they protect US AND OUR BORDERS.

You try being a US Border Patrol Agent for a while and see how you feel. Risk your life daily and be spit on by all.

Oh, and they are not immigrants or migrants. They are illegal aliens. My great, great grandparents were immigrants. That is, until my great, great grandfather died on the ship over here and left his wife to care for their two children. No one spoke English. Guess what? They learned English quickly. They worked, they embraced America and became citizens. They did not fly the German or Irish flags. They flew the American flag because that is what they were. Americans. If you love your original country enough to fly it's flag either above or even with the American flag, or without the American flag completely, feel free to return there ASAP.

rehab

Psychological dependency is addressed in many drug rehabilitation programs by attempting to teach the patient new methods of interacting in a drug-free environment. In particular, patients are generally encouraged or required not to associate with friends who still use the addictive substance. narconon drug rehab

Awwwwwwwwww...

"100 Border Patrol officers and attacked a group of about 30 demonstrators on the u.s. side and with pepper gas pellets, tazers, and batons. 2-3 people were severely beaten and more suffered from the use of chamical weapons."

Tasers? Erroneous. Last I checked, the Border Patrol doesn't employ the use of tasers. Get your facts straight. Severely beaten? You don't know the meaning of the words. 'Chamical' (sic) weapons? Just so you know, every Border Patrol Agent who's authorized to carry and utilize the pepperball launching system and/or oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray got a nice healthy dose of it during their training. Oh, and it's almost completely organic in nature--vegetarian and vegan friendly! No animal parts to be found.

Long story short, ya fucks with the bull, ya gets the horns. Buck up, y'all. Find a worthy cause to champion, sissies.

Court appointed attorney?

You spit and curse at government employees. You curse the government system. You deface government property. Yet, you take from the government system by allowing yourselves to be represented by a court appointed attorney. Who do you think pays for this attorney? Fuck you, fuck the dirty, filthy bus you rode in on, and fuck your entire fucking way of thinking! Fucking hippocrites!

Get a hair and get a real job

Nice peacefull demonstration, your edited videos are no better than something off of FOX or CNN only show what you need to keep your spin of the story. As far as your taser claim I do believe the agents used them I saw one on one of their gunbelts it was right next to his phazer, which was set to stun. Not a singe one of you so called peacefull marchers have the balls or fortitude to give an honest days hard labor let alone attempt to cross the border. If your cause is so just why do I not see any of you holding a politcal office or trying to change things in a democratic way. Oh thats right that again calls for hard work and dedication not just a weekend of pretenting to be something you are not a patriot. I think Cuba or some other socialist country is looking for your type I'm sure we could set up a paypal account to get you a one way ticket because it seems you are always looking for the free hand out. Look on the bright side if Mr. Ruiz is deported maybe he plan your protest on the Mexican side.

Stop the hate

Why do you think you know ANY of us?
This camp was made up of individuals flying, driving, walking, biking from all corners of the U.S...people who care about things enough to use time, and money, and energy, and courage to take a stand.
I met the most amazing human beings, people who cared about the voices that are not being heard( the people who are dying and being hunted in the desert.) Have you ever even visited the J Doe grave sites...we have. We care about the unmarked graves of migrants who die in the desert...do you? There were people who care about the symbolisim of erecting a wall between families and friends. People who care about the environment being ruined, who refuse to except that it ok to build a wall and destroy an ecosystem.
This camp was made up of many different kinds of people, I was there and most of the people I met have an overwhelming commitment to personal responsibility...something most Americans are lacking.
Lets just take the people I came with for example... one of us works at an orphange, caring for children who have been taken away from there familes by CPS, she also heads human rights campaigns, and volunteers for numerous organizations, all the while traveling back and forth from Mexico to the U.S AND is a full time student...she protests because she has an amazing sense of justice and love.
The driver of of our caravan, started and Info shop and freestore where homeless and poor can get clothes, he provides free Internet, a place to play and hear music, and a alchohol-free space for teens to meet...along with free spanish classes, and a library. Everyone I came with has a similiar story. We are good people who are taking personal responsibility and risking arrest because of our love and commitment to justice.
The stories and lives of these people are amazing, I feel sorry that you choose to see so much negativity.

Some Kind of Amazing People...

You and your amazing people need to work on a few things. You and all your earth first vegans sure left a huge shit mess out there to clean up. I saw where your camp was there are huge piles of trash. You just left it there! You want to bring the "plight" of the border to light and then trash the place. You also dug big latrines, where you had your 100 (maybe never was 500) people deficating and urinating, then just covered it up. Why don't you go out and clean up your mess. I know why, because that is what you thought of our county and our town, use it, shit on it, make a huge mess and leave. I know, how about you start a paypal donation account to clean up the environment that you ruined!! Of course we all know why you didn't clean up....you know, that would mean taking responsibility and doing some real work.

T-shirts

Hey man where can I get one of your cool t-shirts. I think you guys could make some serious money seeling them.

No Borders?

Hippies,

Why do you constantly chant and cry when people of intellect voice their opinions against you. You shout, stay off of our website, and so forth. Are you saying that we are invading your "borders" on this site? Isn't this a free and public website? Are you not infringing on our rights? This just goes to show what pathetic, hypocritical, dumb assholes you really are. Instead of rioting against civility, you should be dancing and singing in rememberance of all the men and women who have lived and died, and continue to fight for the rights that we as Americans enjoy.

Go home, You've accomplished nothing

Dear Protesters, Please go home. Leave our town alone. I have heard most of you are rich trust-fund babies. If you actually want to HELP people, spend your week off on the other side of the border at one of the many orphanages. Help people. Sitting around singing punk songs and dancing, that doesn't do anything. It doesn't prove anything. GOOD WORKS, that's what gets people's attention. That's when you are actually doing something for a cause. You have money to create your camp, create your website, fund your radio station. How come none of that money helps the people you say you want to help? Send your money to Mexico. Spend your time with the people down there. You don't know them. You don't understand their struggles until you live amongst them. Do that. Then I will respect you. I have never read that you ever wanted to be a "peaceful" group so I am not surprised by some of your groups aggressive behavior. But I understand one bad apple can spoil the group. Those men arrested are not martyrs. If I were you, I would think that they and every other disruptive and violent protester is exactly opposite what the group stands for. They've made their bed, let them rest in it now. Go home, rethink why you chose to sit and talk about making a difference instead of going and bringing aide and assistance to people in Mexico, instead. In less then a month, everyone will have forgotten you. You have accomplished nothing but made the people of this town not respect you.

Ball of Confusion

Hey everybody,

as a participant, my friends and I are completely disgusted in the way things were handled, from the get go I was in communication with what I thought were a sound and energized group of free thinkers. What I got was a confused bunch of idiots who had no plan, no message and definitely no idea as to what was going on.

The site preached one thing and when we got to the camp, we saw just the opposite. I could not believe the way some of the campers carried themselves, and when we began to set up came, you tore down bushes to create a wall. What was that all about, it clearly sent the wrong message, on one hand your protesting a wall and yet you build one to keep people out.

The actions throughout the week were even more confusing, we were supposed to have daily meetings to disucss ideology and ways to better ourselves and the world we live in and instead whenever someone would try to call the camp to order, they were ignored and still the music played, a bit hateful for my taste, since the music had nothing to do with the evnet.

When we went to the detention center on friday, that became the joke of all jokes, we went from supposedly protesting the Evil Immigration Empire and what exactly did we do we walked around the camp and shook a fence and then decided to go out in front of the Detention center and block traffic, what that had to do with Immigration issues and your message left me and my bros totally confused.

It was at this point that we left "your protest" and quite glad we did, for we could have been one of those individuals who got hurt for nothing, other then someone who clearly (saw the video numerous times) as my friends and I agree violated the space of the agent and therefore got what he deserved. You say that this attack was without warning and that people got tasered, beaten, and sprayed with pepperballs, and so forth, dude what is up with you? Are you so into spreading propaganda, that you would sacrifice the cause ( which has yet to be determined), wake up and realize this.

We were there and we saw what went on and we freely decided that you (No Borders Camp) are nothing but a bunch of freaks with no cause but your own. Now your response as I seen in the replies, will be to tell me to fuck off and that I'm the migra and or better yet I'm a race trator, so let me beat you the punch, I AM NEITHER, I along with my bros went to the camp with the intention to make a difference, but instead found people who only wanted to make noise, disgrace and incite the Agents into action.

So Listen up you wannabe protestors, and you know who you are, YOU STATED THAT THIS PROTEST WAS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE FALL OF THE BERLIN WALL, AND THROUGHOUT THE CAMP NOT ONE MENTION WAS MADE OF THAT HISTORIC EVENT.

Finally, I close with this question, in the artist rendering of Guns turn us into Monsters, Why is the male subject brown, why not white?
Just another confused message your sending, to your Mexican\latino brothers and sisters.

STAY CONFUSED AND OUT OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

SORRY I ATTENDED

You got out what YOU put in

This camp was sort of an exercise in personal responsibility. There were more then enough workshops to have been a part of, not to mention the fact you could have made your own and people would have attended. If you did not represent your values and thoughts then you are to blame. If you did not share your ideas and your passions then ya you missed out. If you did not attend the viewing of the graves, the ecological tour, the march, the art station, the documentary showing, sorry. There was no father figure to tell you to do it...but thats the way the world works.
P.S Everyone who attended was there own boss.
I offered to share information and people listened and appreciated...they where happy to engage and took That home with them.
Sorry your Sorry you attended
love Huffy

Please come back

please come back so I can give you an ecological tour of the huge piles of garbage that you left the local ecology... assholes.

Want to avoid violence in the future ?

Stay on your side of the border, and if you want to cross, make sure it's at a valid point of entry, and your paperwork is in order.

@!#$&ing cockroaches.

YOUR SIDE OF THE BORDER?

Wow all that conditional peace resting on where you go through a gate? Hmm maybe we should build huge walls everywhere so people with guns can continue to beat up people with drums, and get away with it.
LOVE HUFFY

Migra = killers

I heard some of your chanting about how "migra" is responsible for violence and deaths along the border. It's obvious you have never spent the time to investigate what Border Patrol does on a regular basis to help illegal immigrants whose lives are in danger. Here's an article that might put things in perspective for some of your more open-minded members.

Border Patrol’s El Centro, Calif. Rescue Team Receives Heroes Award

(Friday, October 05, 2007)

El Centro, Calif. — U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s El Centro, Calif. Border, Search, Trauma and Rescue (BORSTAR) team was decorated today with the prestigious 2007 Real Heroes award sponsored by the American Red Cross of San Diego and Imperial Counties in recognition for their exemplary service to the communities.

The American Red Cross honored the Border Patrol team for its numerous acts of courage exhibited throughout the year within and for their fervent dedication to helping others.

In this past year, El Centro Sector’s BORSTAR team has responded to 25 incidents involving search and/or medical rescues of more than 48 persons injured or stranded in remote and desolate regions of the Imperial Valley desert. Thirty-six of these victims were found in life-threatening conditions where each minute was crucial.

One of the specific rescue incidents mentioned during the award presentation described the search and Medivac of a female suffering from severe dehydration deep within the Jacumba Mountains. At the time of this rescue, BORSTAR agents had exceeded over 15 hours of strenuous physical activity that day during the extreme heat of an Imperial Valley summer. Additionally, all the BORSTAR agents involved in this rescue were either on their day off or on vacation time. Had they not gone beyond the regular call of duty, the female in question most likely would have died.

Acting Chief Patrol Agent Roy Villareal stated, "Our BORSTAR agents perform search and rescue missions to save lives and they do so without any expectation of praise. This award, this honor is a direct result of the heightened level of dedication and professionalism they have achieved."

What did you expect from Calexicans?

I am very proud to be a Calexican and ashamed of these damn idiots that came into our town expecting us to drop everything and join them in their idiodic rally. Don't you know that us in Calexico identify and celebrate our Mexican ancestry. We identify with the Mexican culture because of the food, music, language and traditions we enjoy. What you fail to realize is that our civic duties are to this great nation that allows idiots like you to protest because you have nothing better to do. I went out there not to join your cause but to watch the backs of our law enforcement officers that showed nothing but restrain and professionalism. Next time focus your time and energy on matters such as child abuse or world hunger. Do not come to my town expecting me to believe that the world can exist in one great utopia. After you get done smoking your peyote, take a minute to thank the young men and women of this great nation that protect you and allow you to step on the American Flag. Even though we live on the Mexican Border, our pride and support for this great nation run as deep and true as any other neighboorhood in the U.S. of A.

Thank You

Thank You Mr. Martinez,
Very well spoken for all of us. You are a true patriot. God Bless

Indymedia does not represent every protester.

I was watching through the fence on the Mexicali side when the violence began. That the BP reacted is not surprising and from what I presume would be there perspective it was certainly provoked. I just happen to dissagree with there perspective and think that they should have been side by side with us there, supplying the saws to tear down the wall. However, the extent to which they reacted was intense. I saw batons being swung at people who we're already on the ground due to take-down and restraint techniques commonly referred to as "holds". I saw pepper-bullets being shot at people who we're to far away to pose a physical threat to La Migra, a response serving only to demonstrate Law Enforcement totalitarian will. I saw BP telling people to disperse, and then chasing them when they did. The rocks and bottles did not start flying over the fence until after the BP started attacking. Honestly through, I did not see any Tasers and do not know where that spin on the story came from. In fact I did not see BP carrying Tasers at any point throughout the whole camp, even when the riot police came to breakfast. Putting over the top spin on our news coverage like this does NOT help us folks. The truth is sufficient.

Many of these critical postings we've been receiving here are actually good feed back. I think our camp was a good thing and we must continue to do this. But it was not very inclusive of the communities of Mexicali or Calexico. And we need those communities, if this movement is to be successfull. Our dance party at the border checkpoint on Friday night, more than anything, really only impeded the pedestrians trying to return home. An annoyance to the people who ought to be our allies. Much of our music broadcasted into town on the pirate radio, was not of a variety that would interest very many every day working class people, and was perhaps not the most educational way to use our resources. We had virtually nothing in the way of community outreach, such as flyering (should have been lots and lots of flyering), marches through town earlier in the camp, etc. Instead they saw us wisk into town, cause a ruckus on the streets of Calexico and El Centro, with almost no explanation, and then wisk away again so we could go party at camp. The dynamic we created between the two halves of our camp was virtually identical to the dynamic which we oppose between the US and Mexico, in terms of both class and race relations. And when folks on the Mexico side expressed some of their opinions on this matter, some of the folks on the US side were unable to show enough humility to listen. Listening does not mean you have to agree. Every one at camp had a different background, a different analysis, and a different level of maturity, and that was demonstrated by a variety of behaviors at camp. Some tried to insult the BP, others tried to educate them. Some came to camp to "Fuck Shit UP", others came to build relationships on both sides of the border and learn how we can grow to bring positive change to the world.

All weekend, I saw La Migra act more or less "professionaly", until and excluding their assault at the Sunday demonstration. Only then did their power trip as individuals with guns, really reveal itself. It's just that their "profession" is fucked-up repressive. Machaveli said that we should find our enemy's weakness and attack there. The use of force is NOT their weakness, but their strength. It makes no sense to me to try to piss them off.

Watching their assault from the far side of the fence was one of the most helpless feelings I've ever had. I hate La Migra and every thing they stand for. So let's show the rest of the world why they should too by moving above petty and immature name calling.

Morons

I saw a poorly shot video of protesters pushing border agents against a fence. What did they think would happen? I didn't see any abuse, to the contrary great restraint was exercised. Just because you type in phrases on the video doesn't mean they are happening. I believe in secure borders. Next time go to the Mexican side and see what happens.

http://knightofpan.blogspot.com/

We did.

Many of us were on the Mexican side. You can see us through the fence in the video. Mexican authorities left us alone. They watched from their cars and spoke to some legal observers, but did not interfere with our protest in any way that I can recall. We on the Mexican side watched helplessly through the fence as our friends on the other side we're attacked.

You are clueless

You go damage Mexican govt. property or protest against their govt. and see how "nice" those Mexican authorities would be.

I have never been more ashamed of my generation

You and your little organization, and I use that word loosely, are perhaps the most pathetic collection of posers and wannabes I have ever encountered in my entire life. In fact, let's forget that perhaps. You are indeed the most ridiculous group of over-priviledged white children that I have had to deal with. You used this town, it's people, and it's many issues simply to draw attention to yourselves because mommy and daddy are too busy making money to pay attention to you. Please do not deny that the majority of you come from wealth. One need only count the number of laptops, i-pods, digital cameras, and top of the line tents to know you are rich kids who can afford to leave school behind for a week to go camping. But instead of taking out your teen angst on your parents you chose to focus it on the government whose protection your live under. And why should'nt you? If you tell Dad to go fuck himself he'll take his money with him and then how will you be able to afford more bongos.

You came here with no clear message, no clear goal, and obviously no plan. You show up to draw attention to the evil of borders and then proceed to build one around your camp.

Not long ago some very brave and patriotic americans taught us all how to fight for what they believed in. They marched, boycotted, and sat-in. They showed us what it was to believe in a cause and fight for it. They fought and many died so that others would have the right to live a better life....you on the other hand had a dance party. You watched movies on your $1500.00 laptops. You slept in $200.00 sleeping bags and took videos and pictures to put on your blogs to prove what a rebel you are. You played your songs and preached anarchy, chaos and the destruction of government as you consulted your lawyers. You skipped the workshops and meetings to sit by the fire and play guitar or go to clubs in Mexicali. You booed your own organizers when they tried to stop the "dance contest" to have a meeting. You so eloquently voiced your hatred of the Border Patrol by saying, " I'd rather grab another dude's sack than do your job." Not quite Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech.

You wasted days of your lives and you know it. Nobody in Calexico gave a damn about what you are doing. They laughed at all the silly white kids trying to be revolutionaries. If you doubt my words then just consult the local paper. I believe the name of the editorial, which was just about the only press you had in the area, was entitled "No Borders Camp: Dumb idea". The only interest you got from the south side were from the chollos who stole your shit when you were busy cursing the Border Patrol for their "unnecessary presence along the fence". Right...who needs law enforcement there anyways, except maybe those of you who expressed fear of walking the distance between the camp and the port of entry.

You curse the Border Patrol and the immigration laws of the United States. You don't see the service they perform for you and your loved ones on a daily basis. That's because you don't want to see. You made your mind up before even arriving here. I doubt most of you have ever even been to a border town before except when you were on your way to spring break. You chose to ignore the countless criminals, drug smugglers, and terrorists who would very much like to cross our borders and do what they wish. You don't care to ask how many murderers, rapists, child molestors, wife-beaters, gangbangers, drug dealers, drunk drivers and other assorted miscreants are apprehended or deterred by the men and women of the Border Patrol every year. Take the time and look at the victims of crimes perpetrated by illegsal aliens in this country. Maybe you can invite the parents of one of the many little girls who were raped and murdered by an illegal alien to your next camp. I'm sure they'd have lots to talk to you about.

You came here hoping for a confrontation and you did everything you could to provoke it. But you could'nt get the Border Patrol to bite. You called them names, you insulted them to their faces and they did what they are trained to do....their jobs. For four days they stood face to face with you as you preached hatred and violence against law enforcement. You called them fascists and pigs, and they did not hit you. Because better people than you fought for you to have that right.

You tore down the flag that better people than you wore on their uniforms as they fought for freedom, justice and the destruction of tyranny. The same flag that represents the rights you hide behind. When you began your little "day of artistic expression/riot" there was a homeless man on a bench outside the Clinic on first street in Calexico. As agent after agent ran to defend their brothers and sisters from you ne'er do wells, he yelled out to them with anger in his voice, " They tore down my flag!!!, those little sonsuvbitches tore down my flag". You managed to piss off the most disenfranchaised man in Calexico, way to go kids. You dishonor every American who put on a uniform and actually did something to make the world a better place. And you do it the day before this country celebrates it's Veterans. Men and women who held the hands of their comrades as they died horrible deaths in places you won't go because they don't have a wi-fi connection or a Starbuck's.

You spread lies to make your little "event" seem more important and intense than it really was. You label a picture with one agent holding a camera as "heavy surveillance". When anytime a Border Patrol Agent looked at his watch he had 12 of you filming him. You show pictures of agents arresting illegal aliens and tell tales of how they are deprived of water, even though the picture clearly shows a water cooler on the back of the air conditioned truck. You say that the pepperball guns agents used carried rounds that can make a person, evacuate their bowels instantly...did you see that in a movie or what? What kind of James Bond bullshit is that? Honestly, with all the "artists" there, did'nt any of them take creative writing? Your press release concerning your "kissing booth" yesterday, which was suspiciously released almost immediately after it occured, claims that your people were tased? Did the Border Patrol use their imaginary tasers on you. Maybe their invisible? They must keep them locked up next to the "super-shit yourself guns". Go call your local Border Patrol Station, or Customs and Border Protection, or the Department of Homeland Security. or Michael Chertoff and ask them to show you the tasers that the Border Patrol has. You could, but you won't. Because we both know the Border Patrol does not carry the taser in it's arsenal of non-lethal weapons. At the very least watch your video of the "brutal attack". Where are the tasers? Where are the scenes of the 15 agents beating one protestor? Come to think of it, where are the first few minutes of the confrontation as bongo boy repeatedly pushes against the agent trying to talk to him? Where are the videos of your companeros on the south side throwing rocks and bottles of piss at the agents. Must have ended up on the cutting room floor right? You people have a real knack for propaganda. Joseph Goebbels would be proud of his 21st century proteges.

When you can't lie you play stupid. A Bi-National kissing booth? Another strike at the heart of the evil American Empire. I truly had to smile as you tried to slip it in that you only wanted to cut a small hole in the International Boundary Fence, aka Federal property. No big deal right? Maybe you won't be pissed off then when somebody starts cutting holes in the side of your houses( I mean your parent's houses of course).

You got away with vandalism and destruction of property for days, but you just could not end it peacefully. You had to destroy a little more, push a little further, break a few more laws. You read the local paper and saw what a joke the people of this county thought you were. You could'nt go back to your blogs, zines, and student papers without something to show for it. Who wants to watch a video of a bunch of hippies dancing to bad music trying to relive the sixties? That won't get hits on your site. You needed action. When the agents did'nt beat you when you called them names, or shit all over their home, and desecrated their flag you did all that was left. You commited crimes.

Those of us who were there to witness the last few days will always know the truth of what truly happened. You can attempt to rewrite history. Try to exaggerate your supposed victories and hide your mistakes and shortcomings. But tomorrow you will go back to class and Calexico will go back to the exact same town it was. You have accomplished nothing and deep down you know it. You excelled only at making yourselves look immature and foolish. We both know that in a few years you will graduate from whatever school mom and dad have paid to watch you for the last four years. They'll give you a big hug and some expensive graduation gift in return for staying out of their hair. Then you'll in turn cut your hair, buy some conservative clothing and go make money just like them. You may drive a hybrid or drop $100.00 to Greenpeace once a year as you horde the rest of your income. You'll tell all your co-workers at the bank/law firm/office about how you fought for the rights of the underpriviledged as you sip your latte and underpay your secretary who is trying to raise 3 kids on the pittance you throw them. But you will always know that you were a fake. A bigger phoney than Holden Caufield could ever conjure in his imagination.

You were all just angry little babies crying for some attention. You wanted so badly to be unique and special, yet you looked like every other sad sack at the "camp". All the bad facial hair and patches from obscure bands sewn onto your jackets can't hide the spoiled child inside. You hide them behind bandanas but they will always be there. Selfish, petty, and greedy.

We all hope you had fun on your camping trip children. Go enjoy your lives and continue not making a difference. Show off your bruises and scrapes in an effort to get laid back in the dorms. Tell your lies and post your edited videos. Just please never come back here. Stay in your gated communities where the only minorities are the "help". I ask only one thing. The next time you see a story about a police officer saving another person's life, or putting themselves in the line of fire to protect a stranger. All for the same amount of money that your dad paid to send you to school for four years to study basket-weaving. I want you to remember what you called those agents who stood shoulder to shoulder with each other yesterday. Who without a word took their place on the line to protect another agent that they most likely never met before in their lives. Who would have died to save one another or any civilian who came to close to one of your rocks. The people who truly stand for an idea. Who fight for it every single day and get no thank you but a meager paycheck. Remember that you called them Nazi's as they protected the flag that men carried as they defeated the Nazi's. Remeber that you called them fascists as they stood by for days and respected your civil rights.Remember that you called them pigs after they shared their food with you. Remember you told them their children would be ashamed of them as you shame your forefathers. Remember your hate-filled insults the next time you see someone stand up to fight for the laws of this land as you dance.

Remember what you have done. Remember it honestly and without bias. Don't remember what your editors have presented. Remember what you saw in Calexico, California in 2007. If you can find the courage to do that, then maybe there will be some hope for this generation.

T H A N K Y O U

First of all thank you for the most sophisticated, well thought-out, and meaningful response so far. You honor the agents there that day, and the men and women you speak of in your post who fought so that all of us could live free today. I appreciate the time you took to reply to this organization's propoganda machine. I am an agent myself and this kind of rhetoric can wreak havoc on us and our ability to do our job when the public buys it hook, line, and sinker. Based on the majority of the replies I've seen here, I can only hope that the public is well represented here, and the majority of folks can see through the lies.

Second, I find it very interesting that everyone here seems to be making mature, educated, airtight arguments against these "campers'" activities, yet very few of them are here to debate you or express their views. I don't believe they have a counter argument sufficiently coherent enough to present in the face of so much truth. Essentially, you are poking holes in their little carnival activity week and they can't step up to retort.

Speaks volumes, doesn't it?

Thanks again.

AMEN

AMEN BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well said.

Well said.

They'll never remember

There is no way to expect them to ever remember in years to come without bias what transpired because less than 24 hours after the fact they can't remember what happened. Their video and allegations wreak of dishonesty and misrepresentation. They allege the Border Patrol attacked them, yet I see nothing but minute after minute of protesters repeatedly walking into the Agents, pushing the Agents, cursing at the Agents until finally the Agents attempt to disperse the crowd. The Agents initiated nothing. Had the protesters acted maturely and represented themselves in an educated manner, this would have never happened. Instead, you had a bunch of over-priviledged white kids that know little to nothing about the border trying to act like adults by destroying property, building barriers (I thought they were against barriers), screaming obscenities at Agents, and then making ridiculous allegations on film that the film itself doesn't support.

I'm embarrased for them. After you are done protesting and have nothing to do, please stop by and visit the families of the following people: Kris Eggle (age 28), David Nadel, Tanee Natividad (age 16), Darlene Squires (mother of 1 of 2 girls aged 17 & 14 that were raped), David March, Tricia Taylor (age 18), Ron Cornell, Sierra Klug, Bruce Monnett, Marjorie Monnett, Holly Swartz, Jose Soto (age 6), Sister Helen Chaska, Bret Coldfelter, Sheila Herring, Ruben Morfin (age 13), Laura Ayala (age 13), Sean Marti, Sage Marti (age 5), the list goes on and on and on.......They were all killed, raped, molested, or permanently disfigured by an illegal alien. But hell, lets let them all in, we don't have enough garbage in this country, we could use a few more pieces of trash (and no, I'm not saying anyone outside the US is garbage, I'm referring to the criminal element)

You fools go through a semester or two at college that is paid for by mommy and daddy and suddenly you think you're "in the know" about the world? You've never had to WORK for anything in your life. I have more respect for the illegal immigrant that busts his ass to walk for 5-7 days through the desert to make $5/hour in order to make sure his kids have a decent shot at life than I do for you pathetic kids. Maybe you need to see the world and live a little before you start criticizing your own country. Are we perfect? By all means no; but it is better than all the others.

I love you

...

Disapointed...

I was down in Calexico the other day (not participating on either side) and I watched everything that happened. I was quite disapointed how a "peaceful" protest turned so ugly. The campers showed so much disrespect for other individuals no matter what their affiliation. A "peaceful" protest hardly involves disrespecting other's individual space and being rude! What I saw was Border Patrol responding to a pushy crowd who was crowding into their personal space and being rude. I saw no "beatings", no "tazers", and no "chasings". And I saw no one who needed serious medical attention. If you are going to report on things then why don't you report the truth? Isn't that what we all want? The truth? I was sad to see how this whole week turned out with this "Camp". If you want to make a difference and you believe in what you are doing then why all the masks and the clown make-up? I know that the actions of a few don't speak for all, but maybe next time you will want to be more careful about who really believes in this cause and the ones that are just there trying to start trouble.

Yah Right

I'm sure you aren't full of it. You just happened to show up at a 30 person protest, which you obviously don't support, so why were you there? And why post anonymously?

People like you are the problem, and simply you have no idea how purely ignorant you are.

Let's be nice, Compa.

This person was expressing their observation and interpretation of it. They did so respectfully. Sneering at them like this only alienates and does not help build our movement. I shouldn't need to point out that you also posted anonymously.

Finally! Some awesome actions @ the border.

I'm sad to hear that the BP prevented the citizens to participate.

I wish I could have been there. I live in D.C. now but I'm a native Calexican.
I've been alerting my family of the actions, they're so apathetic. They didn't go of course.

Oh well... Hopefully my cousins went and I just haven't learned of it yet.

some of these comments are made by border patrol and/or their informants. notice that some of them cite verbally provoking the border patrol agents at the camp and thus "asking" for a beating. it's my understanding that a lot of this attack has to do out of spite and revenge for the camp taking place. just a bunch of assholes taking on their personal vendettas, notice in the video the BP agent laughing as someone is cornered and being repeatedly shot by the pepper pellets. i hesitate calling these people human beings.

Laughing

How do you know what the agent was laughing at? It doesn't show it on the video. If he was laughing at someone elses missfortune, I would like to see that. From the sounds on the video, he may have just been laughing off the verbal abuse. How do you know?

because...

you could hear him specifically saying "come on, keep talking, thats right" as she's being repeatedly and mercilessly shot with pellets. quit posting comments on the indymedia site you fuckin pigs. fuck la migra and fuck you.

How do you know?

I just asked how you know. I didn't insult anyone or make them look like a fool. Just because someone says something doesn't make it the truth. I asked for proof. Instead, I was given an inaccurate quote ("yah, yah, keep talk'n. Get back") from an agent that didn't even have a pellet gun and insulted for asking about it.

I watched this video several times and I see agents being stabbed at from Mexico through the hole in the fence that was made and the group pushing them backwards into it. I see a drummer ramming (assault) into an officer before being taken to the ground. I hear over and over and over, "Get back! Get back!" as the officers are trying to get people away from the assault from over and through the fence. Then I hear people claiming that there was no order to disperse? It is very real to me that you are not interested in truth, that you want to twist the truth to meet your own desire. My parents were very involved in the "freedom" movements in the 60's and they raised me in that way. I though that you may have stood for freedom from oppression, something good, but what I saw was an attack, a litteral ambush on other human beings to provoke a violent reaction.

People, these are not hippies. Hippies would be ashamed of the tactics that were used. Hippies would have invited the agents to eat breakfast with them. Hippies would have placed a flower in the barrel of those guns. Hippies would not have made a "border" around their camp to keep anyone out, or played music about killing. These are the actions of anachists, and hate-mongers that do not have respect for anything. Don't be fooled by the lies and exagerations. I'm not, because I see what you are.

Curious, the things you see.

I don't know how you could possibly see in the video an agent being "stabbed" at the the hole "that was made" in the fence, since the hole was back at camp, some three miles away from the protest. Also, I don't even remember the hole actually being made. I only remember the announced intent. Does anyone know for sure if there really was a hole? Cuz I don't remember seeing it anywhere.

quit posting on the site you fuckin pig

i saw no attacks, no stabbings, no "assaults". quit your fuckin bullshit migra, no one who's reading this that was involved in what happened is going to believe your fabrications. and even if these "hippies" did attack, not one of those people deserved what they got. you're right, we're NOT hippies but we are anarchists; and anarchism does not coincide with violence. but regardless of that, i hope someone wastes your race traitor ass. fuck you.

pig

I'm not a "migra", I'm not a race traitor either. I came to this country and became a citizen years ago. I would love to not have a wall, or racist, hatefull people such as yourself, in this county too. The fact that you would wish someone else (that may or may not agree with you) dead, makes your point clear...and makes you no better that the oppression that you say you are against.

Take a breath, and watch the videos again...this time, from a non-hateful veiw.

Show me

Tell me at what point in the video "she" is repeatedly shot with pellets....I see them striking the ground in what is known as area saturation, but I did not see anyone REPEATEDLY shot with pellets. So again I ask you, at what point? Please give me the minutes and seconds.

You are offended by him saying "come on, keep talking, that's right" but you don't think it is offensive to repeatedly say "fuck you" "fuck you pig" "fuck you race traitor" ?? There's something fundamentally wrong with the way you think.
